  2. How do I know which products are available for delivery or pick up?

    When you open a product page in Transmart app or www.transmart.co.id, you will find "Available for Delivery" and "Available for Pick Up" info.

    Available for Delivery - The product is available and can be delivered to your address. On www.transmart.co.id, you can find the available delivery options for this product by clicking Delivery Info.

    Available for Pick Up - The product is available and can be picked up in the nearest Transmart. To see which stores can provide this product, tap on the number of stores in app or click Store Info on www.transmart.co.id.

  3. How do I choose delivery to get my order?

    Mobile App
    1. Put the products you want to your cart. Continue by tapping Check Out.
    2. Choose Delivery.
    3. Your main address will show up as delivery address. Tap Change if you wish to change the delivery address.
    4. Select your delivery method.
    5. Tap Go to Payment and please make your payment.


    Desktop
    1. Put the products you want to your cart. Continue by clicking Check Out.
    2. Choose Delivery.
    3. Your main address will show up as delivery address. Tap Change Address if you wish to change the delivery address.
    4. Select your delivery method.
    5. Click Go to Payment and please make your payment.

  4. How do I send my order to 2 different addresses?

    We want to give you the convenience in fulfilling all your needs in one check out. Therefore Transmart gives you an option to send your order to 2 different addresses. Here is how to do it.

    Mobile App
    1. Put the products you want to your cart. Continue by tapping Check Out.
    2. Choose Delivery.
    3. In the Delivery Address section, tap Send to 2 addresses.
    4. Select the 2 addresses that you wish to send your order to.
    5. Select the delivery method and address for each product in your order.
    6. Tap Go to Payment and please make your payment.


    Desktop
    1. Put the products you want to your cart. Continue by tapping Check Out.
    2. Choose Delivery.
    3. In the Delivery Address section, click Send to 2 addresses.
    4. Select the 2 addresses that you wish to send your order to.
    5. Select the delivery method and address for each product in your order.
    6. Click Go to Payment and please make your payment.

  5. How is my delivery fee calculated?

     Your delivery fee depends on the selection of delivery method, distance, as well as product type and dimension. Delivery insurance is also included in your delivery fee.

  6. Can I be charged more/less than the delivery fee stated in website or app?

    The delivery fee stated in website and application is calculated according to delivery method, distance, as well as product type and dimension. You will not be charged more or less than the stated fee.

  7. [Delivery & Pick Up in Store] How do I track my order?

    You will be able to track your order once the status has changed to "In Delivery". You can do it in these simple steps:
    1. Open My Order and select the order you want to track.
    2. Choose Order Updates.
    3. Tap or click on Track Order button.
    4. You will be redirected to the tracking page.

  8. Can I change my delivery method?

    You can only change your payment method as long as the order has not been successfully created and has not been received by Transmart.
    Delivery method cannot be changed once order has been received by Transmart or once you have made your payment. Transmart will proceed your order with the selected delivery method.

  9. How do I choose to pick my order up in store?

    Mobile App
    1. Put the products you want to your cart. Continue by tapping Check Out.
    2. Choose Pick Up in Store.
    3. The nearest Transmart from your delivery area will be selected as your pick up store. Tap Change to select other store.
    4. Select the date and time to pick up order.
    5. Tap Go to Payment and please make your payment.
    6. Visit the selected store and show ready to pick up notification or payment proof email to get your order.

    Desktop
    1. Put the products you want to your cart. Continue by tapping Check Out.
    2. Choose Pick Up in Store.
    3. The nearest Transmart from your delivery area will be selected as your pick up store. Click Change Store to select other store.
    4. Select the date and time to pick up order.
    5. Click Go to Payment and please make your payment.
    6. Visit the selected store and show ready to pick up notification or payment proof email to get your order.

  10. Can I have someone pick up my order?

    Yes. Someone else can pick your order up by showing the legitimate proof of payment. Make sure you only share the proof to trusted party.

  11. Can I send some part of my order to my address and pick the rest up in store? How can I do it?

    Ya, Anda dapat memilih dua metode sekaligus dalam sekali belanja. Ikuti langkah-langkah ini untuk melakukannya.

    You can change, add and delete as well as set your main address in My Account.

  13. Will I get a notification if my order is late?

    No. But Transmart is commited to always deliver your order on time.

  14. Can I change delivery and pick up schedule?

    No. Delivery will be done according to the selected schedule and you are obliged to pick your order up on the schedule you have selected during check out.

  15. Can I change the pickup store?

    No. You are obliged to pick your order up in the store you have selected during check out.

  16. What if I missed the pickup schedule?

    If you pass 7 working days after your pick up schedule, your order will no longer available to be picked up and you won't get a refund.

Return & Refund

  1. When is the deadline I can register for a complaint to return my product? What are the requirements?

     The deadline for product returns is at 12 o'clock in the evening on the same day you receive the ordered product by attaching an unboxing video of the goods received by the customer. Except for products that require installation (furniture and electronics), you can apply for a product return when the installation staff arrives or max 3 days after the product is received (whichever occurs first) by attaching a video of unboxing the goods received by the customer.

     

    These are the conditions need to be met:

    - Products are damaged and expired during delivery.

    - The product does not match your order, either the description or the picture.

    - The product cannot be used on the first try.

    - Products that are sent, must be received by you or someone in the same house.

    - Products returned are defective, not due to damage caused by misuse, dropping, exposure to liquids, accidents, incorrect installation, improper maintenance or repair and alteration or damage to warranty sticker, serial number and original proof.

    - Fresh products such as meat, vegetables and fruit must be inspected directly by you (or someone in the same household) together with the courier delivering them.

    - Fresh products such as meat, vegetables and fruit have not been in good condition since they were in the shop.

    - Items to be returned must be in the same condition as first received and complete.

     

    Can I exchange a product with a different model / size / product?

    - Exchange can only be made with the same model / size / product, not valid for exchanging other products.

    - Product exchange is subject to stock availability at the specified shop. "

  2. How can I request for a refund?

    Mobile App
    1. Open the Transmart app and find Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
    2. Tap a category, select the Return and Refund option.
    3. Give an option on the button if you have received all the products / only some or have not received the product.
    4. Tap Select Product to submit for refund.
    5. State the reason you requested your refund in 500 characters.
    6. Upload 10MB maximum product photos.
    7. Provide a checkbox. Send me a copy of this order.
    8. Tap Send.
    9. If your complaint is successful, you will be contacted again by Transmart Customer Care within 24 hours on working days.

    10. If there is a partial refund, the delivery cost will not be refunded to customer.

  3. When can I get a refund?

    You can request a refund if some products or all products you have ordered are unavailable. Transmart will send you an email regarding the product unavailability. If you have received defect products, wrong products, or incomplete order, kindly proceed with return process. If there is a partial refund, the delivery cost will not be refunded to customer.

    Note: You cannot request a refund for these products: mobile top up, mobile package and bill payment.

  4. When can I return a product?

    You can return your products if:

    a. There is any defect on product packaging or component (caused by delivery process) when you receive your order.

    b. The order you have received is incomplete or doesn't match your order (in quantity or product type).

    If you experience one or both issues, you can report the issue to be evaluated by Transmart. If your report is approved, you will be ask to return the products to the selected store. Returns are followed by exchanges of the same new product. If the same product is not available, a refund can be made. 

  5. I haven't received my refund. What should I do?

    The refund process may take different time period based on the selected payment method and process required by each bank. If you haven't received your refund within the time period stated in email, please contact Transmart Customer Service for further info.
